Appointment Changes, Late Cancellations, & No-Shows

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice by using the appointment link or by emailing hello@lpwell.com.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with fewer than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a late-cancellation fee equal to half of the appointment fee. For example, for a $180.00 appointment, the fee is $90.00. Missed appointments are subject to the same fee.

For virtual appointments, please join on time. If you have not joined or contacted LP Well within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show, the session will be closed, and the no-show fee will be charged. LP Well is not required to remain available for the remainder of the reserved appointment time.

Arriving late does not extend the scheduled appointment end time. If you arrive within the 10-minute grace period, we will use the remaining appointment time whenever feasible.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur. LP Well may waive the fee at its discretion for an emergency or exceptional circumstance. If LP Well needs to cancel or reschedule, you will not be charged a fee.

By scheduling an appointment and maintaining a payment method on file, you authorize Leading Potential Inc. | Health & Wellness (LP Well) to charge the applicable late-cancellation or no-show fee under this policy.
