Terms & Conditions
Appointment Changes, Late Cancellations, & No-Shows
Effective date: August 25, 2026
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 business hours’ notice by using the appointment link or by emailing hello@lpwell.com.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with fewer than 48 business hours’ notice are subject to a late-cancellation fee equal to half of the appointment fee. For example, for a $180.00 appointment, the fee is $90.00. Missed appointments are subject to the same fee.
If you have not joined or contacted LP Well within 10 minutes of the scheduled meeting start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show, the session will be closed, and the no-show fee will be charged. LP Well is not required to remain available for the remainder of the reserved appointment time.
Arriving late does not extend the scheduled appointment end time. If you arrive within the 10-minute grace period, we will use the remaining appointment time whenever feasible.
Rescheduling requests made fewer than 48 calendar hours before the appointment start time are treated as late cancellations and are subject to the full fee for the scheduled appointment type. Rescheduling does not waive the late-cancellation fee.
LP Well may waive a fee at its sole discretion for a genuine emergency or exceptional circumstance. Any waiver is a one-time courtesy and does not establish a waiver of this policy for future appointments
By scheduling an appointment and maintaining a payment method on file, you authorize Leading Potential Inc. | Health & Wellness (LP Well) to charge the applicable late-cancellation or no-show fee under this policy.
Payment, Fees & Refunds
Payment is due at the time of booking unless LP Well expressly offers a different arrangement in writing. The current fee for each appointment type is displayed on the applicable booking, payment, or service page before payment is submitted.
Fees paid for completed appointments are nonrefundable. Fees for appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 calendar hours’ notice may be applied to a rescheduled appointment, refunded, or otherwise handled as stated at booking or agreed by LP Well in writing.
Packages, programs, courses, memberships, and digital educational materials may have separate payment, cancellation, refund, access, and expiration terms. Where separate terms are posted or presented at enrollment, those terms control for that offering.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments for packages, programs, digital materials, and other prepaid services are nonrefundable after access to the service or materials has been provided. This policy does not limit any nonwaivable consumer rights that may apply under law.
If a payment plan is offered, you agree to pay each installment when due. A decision not to attend, use, or complete a program does not automatically cancel payment obligations, unless the specific program’s written terms state otherwise.
LP Well may correct an inadvertent pricing, description, or availability error and may cancel or refund a transaction affected by such an error.
Services & Scope
Leading Potential Inc. | Health & Wellness, also known as LP Well, provides health and wellness education, nutrition education, behavior-change support, lifestyle education, and related educational resources. Services may include individual sessions, group programs, workshops, educational materials, and digital programs.
Information provided through LP Well’s website, emails, courses, workshops, group programs, and general educational services is for informational and educational purposes. It is not a substitute for individualized medical diagnosis, medical treatment, emergency care, or advice from your physician or other licensed healthcare professional.
LP Well does not provide emergency services. Do not use the website, ordinary email, text, social-media messaging, a course platform, or a scheduled session to communicate an emergency. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical care. For non-emergency medical questions, consult your physician or another appropriately licensed healthcare professional.
You are responsible for making your own healthcare decisions and for obtaining medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and clearance when appropriate. You should consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to diet, supplements, medications, exercise, or other health-related practices, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, take prescription medications, or have a history of an eating disorder.
LP Well does not diagnose, treat, prevent, cure, or guarantee the outcome of any disease, disorder, injury, or medical condition, except to the extent services are provided by an appropriately licensed professional within that professional’s legal scope of practice and under the applicable client agreement and informed-consent documents.
No outcome is promised or guaranteed. Individual results vary and depend on many factors, including health history, participation, adherence, medical care, and circumstances outside LP Well’s control.
Communication Boundaries
Communications through the general website contact form, ordinary email, text messaging, social media, and course-platform messaging are not intended for urgent or emergency matters and may not be secure. Do not send sensitive health information, including medical records, laboratory results, diagnoses, medication lists, or other protected health information, through those channels.
If you are an established client, LP Well will provide instructions for the appropriate secure channel or client portal for clinical information and non-urgent communications. Response times are not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed in writing, and communications received outside business hours may be answered on the next business day.
California Nutrition Notice
State law allows any person to provide nutritional advice or give advice concerning proper nutrition, which is the giving of advice as to the role of food and food ingredients, including dietary supplements. This state law does not confer authority to practice medicine or to undertake the diagnosis, prevention, treatment, or cure of any disease, pain, deformity, injury, or physical or mental condition, and specifically does not authorize any person other than a licensed health practitioner to state that any product might cure any disease, disorder, or condition.
